Credit Application
New and existing customers may apply for credit online to settle rail freight and related transportation charges with CPR, Soo Line Railroad Company, and Delaware and Hudson Railway Company Inc. (operating as Canadian Pacific Railway).  Contact James Chavarie at 1-800-463-3280 if you require assistance in completing the online credit application.

Foreign Exchange
Surcharge and Currency Exchange rates for International and foreign freight traffic subject to CP tariff 6016 are updated every two weeks.

Demurrage
When you don't return cars or Intermodal containers on the agreed upon date, you'll pay a daily penalty. For carload shipments, this is called demurrage; for Intermodal containers, it's called storage.
