If first time Bidder is tax exempt, Bidder must send an email to asset_disposal@cpr.ca when entering their bid and attach a PDF copy of Tax Exemption form with their email.
Failure to do so will result in tax being charged, and CP will not re-issue a corrected invoice. Bidder will have to seek a government reimbursement for the tax portion of the invoice.
Every person that would like to come on site to view the item will have to schedule an appointment and comply with all “Minimum Safety Requirements while on CP property”,
Which means bring their own PPE (boots with 8 inch uppers, hat, glasses, vest and gloves.
