Estimated Quantity -  Approx. 1800 Net Tons or 4500 Wheel Plates.

NOTE : • Successful bidder will be responsible for loading at Weston and any freight charged incurred to ship these out. 
       • Successful bidder must remove the Wheel Plates from CPKC property in timely manner.
       • Quantity may vary little bit but should be close to the estimate.
       • Pictures shown have not been uploaded from actual lot. 

• If you wish to bid by per net ton (2000 pounds), Please submit your offer via email to asset_disposal@cpkcr.com . Offer represent the net price you will pay CPKC after you have deducted you mobilizing, equipment, processing and any disposal costs.

• Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of the equipment or goods.
• Inspection will be by appointment only and bidders MUST comply with all safety regulations while on CPKC Property. US Safety Regulations|CAN Safety Regulations
• CPKC will charge storage fees, at its discretion, for thirty days to bidders that do not remove the equipment or goods by the REMOVAL date. After thirty days, CPKC reserves the right to:
  • Offer the equipment or goods to the next highest bidder without further notice;
  • Initiate legal action with current bidder;
  • Remove bidder from future offerings
• Successful bidders will be notified. Bids to be valid for a minimum period of 90 days.
